As a cognitive behavioral therapist, I see therapy as a collaborative process. I provide evidence-based treatments that are considered "gold-standard” for anxiety and related disorders. At the same time, you are the expert of your own experience, and all treatments are individually tailored and flexibly applied to address your needs and goals. I strongly believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and truly enjoy creating a warm, caring, and attentive space in my practice. I’m particularly passionate about helping individuals manage anxiety and OCD because I’ve seen firsthand how life-changing it can be to develop the tools to regain control over anxiety and live more fully.

Our work together begins with a free phone consultation to learn about your presenting concerns and see if my services may be a good fit for you.

After answering your questions, we will schedule an intake session for comprehensive assessment and treatment planning.

Therapy sessions are then scheduled and follow our collaborative plan of action, with regular check-ins, feedback, and modification as needed about the treatment process.

Prior to ending our work together, we will review tools and strategies you have learned and create a plan to prevent return of symptoms. The main goal of therapy is not only to provide expert anxiety care but also to empower you to truly understand the science behind your anxiety and support you in becoming your own therapist and making lasting change.
