Meet Dr. Huiting Liu, PhD

I am a licensed clinical psychologist dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, and related concerns. My approach is grounded in respect, collaboration, and the belief that meaningful change is possible with the right support and tools.

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), motivational interviewing (MI), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also have advanced training in neuropsychology and rehabilitation psychology, allowing me to support individuals navigating cognitive challenges or chronic medical conditions.

Before opening my private practice, I spent more than a decade providing clinical services in academic medical centers, veterans hospitals, and outpatient mental health clinics. Over the past five years, I have focused my work specifically on helping adults overcome anxiety and OCD through tailored, research-supported treatment.

In addition to my clinical practice, I serve as a clinical faculty member at the University of Washington, where I provide consultation and supervision to medical and mental health professionals. This teaching role keeps me connected to the latest developments in the field and strengthens my commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care.
